1). Damage to the battery caused by faulty electrical systems, Improper handling, servicing by unauthorized dealers/ technicians, willful abuse, destruction by fire, collision, theft or recharging
2). Breakage of container and cover.
3). If battery grade demineralized water is not added on time.
4). Found to have additives, dopes or anything other than Battery grade de-mineralized water

1) User need not open vent plugs.
2) The battery should be firmly secured in the cradle. Please ensure that the cable clamps are fit tightly and properly on termina's. A loosely heic battery, vibrates and bounces, causing damages to the containier and plates.
3) Connections must be made in the right polarity.
4)The top of the battery must be kept clean and dry. Vaseline should be applied to cable clamps and terminals. Never apply grease. Terminal corrosion, dit and moisture cause loss of power and make the battery weak
5) Get the fan belt, electrical wiring, alternator, regulator setting and battery open circuit voltage checked regularly. A faulty electrical system will damage the battery.
6) The alternator charging voltage setting measured across the battery terminal must be maintained at 14.00 0.20 volts for 12V system and 20.00 ±0.40 volts for 24V system.
7) The recommended specific gravity of fully charged battery is at27°C 1.270 +/-0.010. In case of any deviation from this, appropriate action in correcting the same reed to be taken

8) To get maximum life, it is advised that checks listed under point, no.5 be carried out once in every 3 months
1. Koop away from sparks, cigarettes and open flame. These can cause explosion
2. Avoid metallic contact across the terminals as this can result on short circuit and sparking.
3. Do not use any Battery additives or dopes
4 Keep the top surface of the Battery clean and dry. Always use a moist cotton cloth only. Never use a woollen/Silk or synthetic cloth, it can create spark.
5. Do not sit the Battery in usage or transportation
6. Keep out of reach of children
